Master Halco, one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of fencing products, seeks an experienced Product Manager for our agricultural and general fencing product line. This position will be responsible for developing sales strategy, pricing, and promotion of agricultural and other product lines and programs.  They will interface with team members maintaining graphic standard, product and company brand.  The Product Manager will conduct customer meetings and sales activities as well as working closely with the National Accounts Manager to help increase sales in the retail channel. This position is based in our Dallas, TX corporate office and reports to the Director of Marketing.


  • Full line sales and profitability of agricultural and general fencing product lines/products/programs
  • Develop content for collateral and promotions
  • Track and analyze sales history
  • Track current sales developing pricing and sales strategy to meet company targets/goal
  • Utilize Stage/Gate new product development process to bring new products/programs to market as determined by Executive Group


  • BA or BS Degree
  • Knowledge of the Agricultural and Fence Industry and breath of Agricultural Fence products including Department of Transportation fence requirements.
  • Knowledge of the Agricultural & General Fence product suppliers and sales channels.
  • Demonstrates through knowledge and understanding of Product Management Discipline
  • Self-Starter
  • Proven performer developing new product strategy complete through launch
