Master Halco is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Associate with Fence or related Construction Materials experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Sales Leaders who can create and execute strategic sales plans focused on critical product initiatives, new markets and new customers.   Qualified Outside Sales candidates must be organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. They must have experience in managing and growing territories, demonstrate effective face-to-face customer selling.  Our business is built on strong personal customer relationships. Candidates for this position must have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to service the needs of our customers. If you’re goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and want to be on a winning team where there is opportunity for advancement, Master Halco is the place for you!

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License, proof of Insurability
  • Fence or building materials industry experience preferred
  • Successful track record of selling into the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores
