Overview

Master Halco, the largest manufacturer/distributor of fencing products, has an immediate opportunity for a Manufacturing Production Control Supervisor in our Dallas, TX location. The Manufacturing Production Control Supervisor will ensure the efficient flow of product/finished goods between or within departments as well as, efficiently manage plant inventories.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate inventory values
  • Works with Corporate Planning to create monthly inventory plan within the capacity plan
  • Works with Corporate Planning to establish inventory ranges
  • Determines and ensures ionventory locations within the factory
  • Works with Corporate Planning to establish inventory level forecast including both quantity and dollar value
  • Establishes daily cycle count and router verification schedule and ensures completion
  • Works with Plant Engineering to conduct router verification checks
  • Supervises factory material handlers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of production/manufacturing supervision experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, intermediate Excel skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
