Overview

Master Halco, the largest manufacturer/distributor of fencing products, has an immediate opportunity for an Operations Support Manager. The operations Support Manager's primary responsibility is to provide administrative and process management support to the Operations Executives and facilitate continuous operational improvement for the company. This requires the ability to work cross functionally with every department to simplify and clarify initiatives with focus on better customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative and process management tasks as assigned by Operations Executives. 
  • Work directly with all departments at HQ and field operations management to streamline all aspects of DC operations and HQ interactions. 
  • Manages the implementation of new SOP when deemed appropriate
  • Assume an active role in the design, development, delivery and management of formal and informal training for all field personnel
  • Analyze and summarize data and processes and make recommendations for actions to Operations Executives.
  • Participate in projects to assess and promote the use of better practices, processes, and tools that drive change throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in related field
  • Strong computer skills (proficient in Excel and MS Word)
