Master Halco, one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of fencing products, is seeking an experienced Superintendent. This is a hands on position where the selected individual will participate as well as direct their team in the filling of orders, receiving of material from vendors and restock, loading and scheduling of delivery route trucks, gate production, maintenance and housekeeping, safety program, and supervise employees.
1.) Minimum of 1 YR experience of personnel Management in a warehouse environment
2.) Working knowledge of warehouse/yard/delivery operations.
3.) Hands on experience in performing the job responsibilities expected for this position.
4.) This is a working Superintendent position not just a supervisory position.
5.) Demonstrated leadership abilities, positive mental attitude, sense of urgency, strong customer service orientation.
6.) Demonstrated ability to communicate well, orally and written in English.
7.) Willingness and ability to pursue higher education and continuous improvement.
