  • Overview

    Master Halco, the largest manufacturer/distributor of fencing products, has an immediate opportunity for an HR Assistant.


    • Processes employment applications; and assisting in other pre-employment activities.
    • Conducts new hire orientation for corporate employees to explain benefits.
    • Compiles and maintains personnel records.
    • Performs diversified clerical and administrative activities.
    • Makes files on all new personnel and assigning employee number.
    • Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
    • Maintains and distributes current employee information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communication.
    • Manages company ATS, iCIMS.


    • Associates Degree or higher in HR or business related field , OR any appropriate combination of education and experience.
      • Good communication/interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to handle information that needs to remain confidential.
      • Able to relate to and communicate with all levels of the organization.
      • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
      • Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
      • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
