    Master Halco is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support the Corporate Operations Department.


    1. Primary liaison between Master Halco and dedicated carriers including day-to-day needs of the business and carriers as well as contract negotiations and long term planning.
    2. Manage and process the Ryder invoices, suspense files, collect Ryder forecasts, accruals, payroll, mileage, DCC & CC, Backhaul, & KPI Data in a timely matter.
    3. Mange 3PL program
    4. DOT & Hazardous Materials Certified Compliance Manager.
    5. Negotiate and Manage the Lease and or Purchase Agreements for all company forklifts, including maintenance & repair.
    6. Intermodal rail coordinator. Common Carrier Mode Analyst, Dedicated Fleet analysis.
    7. Responsible for NAFTA documents for all northbound Canadian Loads.
    8. Coordinates transportation expedites as needed and negotiate with national dealers for company equipment needs.
    9. Completes other supply chain projects and work as assigned.


    • 4 year college degree and/or commensurate experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of transportation, distribution and/or traffic experience
    • Private Fleet experience, strong communication and people management skills
    • Strong Customer Service Skills, as well as accounting skills and understanding
    • Ongoing DOT Compliance Certification
    • NAFTA Documentation and Canadian Border broker experience
