  • Overview

    The Corporate office of a leading manufacturer and wholesale distributor of fencing products has an immediate need for an Office Administrative Assistant.


     

    Responsibilities


    • Greets guests, answers questions and refers incoming calls to appropriate individuals

    • Process all incoming and outgoing mail – to include sorting, distribution, stamping

    • Organize travel arrangements Executives

    • Organize and order meeting lunches, other catering duties as needed

    • Minor housekeeping of the kitchen, meeting rooms, incl. stocking up on snacks & beverage

    • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and orders for supplies

    • Assist with general projects from other functional areas of the company

    Qualifications


    • High School graduate or equivalent

    • 1 – 2 years of general office experiences

    • Strong customer service and communication skills

    • Ability to read, write and speak English

    • Basic MS Office and Excel Skills

    • Ability to work M-F 8am to 5pm
