Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Associate with Fence or related Construction Materials experience.

We are looking for Sales Leaders who can create and execute strategic sales plans focused on critical product initiatives, new markets and new customers.   

Qualified Outside Sales candidates must be:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years outside sales experience focused in the decking, railing and/or outdoor accessory market.

• Experience selling to the lumberyard and/or contractor markets.

• Experienced in managing and growing territories, demonstrate effective face-to-face customer selling
• Excel at building strong personal customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Desire to service the needs of our customers

• Valid Driver’s License, proof of Insurability
  
• Fence or building materials industry experience desired
  
• Successful track record of selling within the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores
