Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products is seeking a Gate Fabricator

The Gate Fabricator manages the following processes:

  • Prepare assembly by locating materials required for project
  • Cut pipe to specified lengths using cutting tools
  • Fabricate gate per design specifications using hand tools
  • Operate simple machines to assemble chain link fence gates.
  • Drives forklift to move material and help the team

Responsibilities

  • Assembles chain link gates using pipe and fittings.
  • Uses written and verbal instructions to build gates to the required specification.
  • Inspects final product.
  • Will perform various other duties such as picking orders, driving forklift or other related work as needed.
  • Maintains a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of related experience using hand or power tools
  • Able to lift/move heavy materials (up to 75lbs)
  • Ability to communicate verbally, read, write and perform basic math functions
  • Must be able to work overtime as needed
