The Deck Superstore, is a one-stop shop with everything in stock for deck projects including decking, railing, framing, foundation, hardware, lights, and architectural lumber. We are seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to work at our Commerce City location. 

 

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing information and assistance to customers, in person or by phone, email, or written correspondence. This role is instrumental in determining the nature of a problem or request and responds or directs individual to correct resource.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as the customer service role model for the branch
• Provide information about products and services
• Assist with resolving customer service related issues
• Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
• Serve as a liaison between customer and sales department
• Assist branch management by addressing issues when necessary
• Serve as a key contact for multiple processes
• Performs related work assignments as directed

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• Demonstrated customer service experience


Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
• Energetic, organized (great time management) and able to manage a wide range of
priorities
• Exceptional customer service skills

 


Work Environment: General warehouse, showroom and/or office


Physical Demands: This job requires the ability to sit, climb, stand, and lift and/or move.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required.
