The Decking and Railing Outside Sales Associate is focused to grow sales by making face-to-face calls on current customers as well as prospecting for new business. Internally the DROSA must work with inside and outside salespeople along with managers to help lead, educate and support them in growing DR&OS sales as a dedicated salesforce multiplier for the team.     This is a very exciting time to join our company. We are continuing to grow (80+ locations), introducing new products, making technological investments, and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
